Dr. Hadler was my therapist many years ago when I came to DC alone and lost. I had come to DC from an abusive rural Appalachia family. She was the kindest person I had ever met. When she decided to end her practice, she gave me a beautiful pitcher that was sitting in her office. She had tied a ribbon on the handle. The ribbon was from some cookies I had given her in the past. The pitcher with ribbon sits on my table always reminding me of her and what she taught me. She is my role model. I love you, Dr. Hadler.
